National Power Parks Management Company Private Limited (NPPMCL) is in the process of establishing 1223 MW and 1230 MW, RLNG based Combined Cycle Power Plants at Balloki, District Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang respectively. NPPMCL invites applications for the following posts from qualified professional’s/individuals having relevant qualification and experience. The Company offers market based remuneration package and fringe benefits on the basis of qualification, experience & skills along with opportunity to work in the corporate environment. The selected candidates can be assigned to any of sites or offices of the company.
Manager Analytics (2 Positions)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering; or Master degree in Monitoring & Evaluation; or Pubic Policy; or Public Administration; or Economics.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, prior experience of working in Power Projects I Policy Units / Monitoring Units and exposure of Public Sector projects would be preferred.
Skills: The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be well equipped with tools to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis. Can carry out financial forecasting and impact assessment. He / She must be able to analyze complex sets of data with the ability to synthesize it into meaningful information.
Manager Corporate Communication (1 Position)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree; or Master Degree in Business Administration; or Communication Studies will be preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills: The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to compile, distill and analyze media and PR monitoring data that impact the company’s reputation. Able to write and edit content for a variety of media, including digital, social and print.
Assistant Manager Analytics (3 Positions)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering; or Master Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation; or Pubic Policy; or Public Administration; or Economics.
Experience: At least 1 years of relevant experience.
Skills: The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. He/ She must have good knowledge of tools to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs (1 Position)
Qualification: Member of recognized body of Professional Accountants; or Member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries; or person holding a Master degree in Business Administration or Commerce or being a Law Graduate from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, prior experience of working in the similar role is preferable.
Skills: Must have in-depth knowledge of Companies Ordinance, Public Sector Corporate Governance Rules, Corporate Laws etc. He/ She must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to assist his/her line manager in arranging Board and its Committees’ meetings and in recording minutes of meetings etc.
Executive Secretary to CEO (1 Position)
Qualification: Minimum Graduate.
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills: The individual must have excellent written and oral communication skills along with excellent IT skills. Experience of shorthand is a plus. He / She must have the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Must have the ability to comprehend complex (technical I financial) information coming from various channels within and outside of the Company and present material clearly and concisely. He I She must have the flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
