Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab seeks to hire a team of top professionals for Project Management Unit for the Project “Establishment of Punjab Public Health Agency (PPHA)” at competitive compensation packages and attractive incentives to analyze, plan, execute, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the proposed interventions on the basis of goals and aims as set by the department of SHC & ME Department.

Qualification:

  • Post-graduation in Health Sciences/Social Sciences/ Management/Public Administration/ Public Potty from an HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 16 years of education with Post-graduation in Health Sciences/Social Sciences! Management/ Public Administration/ Public Policy from an HEC recognized university.
  • MCS, MIT, MCSE, MBA (17) OR minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science! Computer Engineering/ Business Administration in the field of IT from an HEC recognized university.
  • University degree in LLB from an HEC recognized university. Preference will be given to LLM or Post-graduation.
  • Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration/ Engineering/ Social Sciences from an HEC recognized university.
  • MBA (Finance) or CA/ACCA or Minimum 16 years of education in Finance or equivalent qualification from an NEC recognized university.
  • B.B.S with Post-graduation in Public Health/Health Policy/Health Administration from an HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 16 years of education with Post-graduation in Health Sciences/Social Sciences/ Management/ Public Administration/ Public Policy from an HEC recognized university.
  • 16 years of education in Economics/ Statistics! Environmental Sciences/ Business Administration/ Computer Sciences/ Information Technology or Social Sciences/ Public Administration/ Public Health/Public Policy/Finance.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior level managerial positions both in Public or Private Sector Organizations. People having worked in Health Sector and having experience of working with donor agencies and/or international organizations will be preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managerial positions both in Public or Private Sector Organizations. Preference will be given to people having experience in Health Sector and having experience of working with donor agencies and/or international organizations will be preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in developing and managing different Information Systems including experience of working on senior management positions having competency in Information Systems, Technology Management and Project Management. Preference will be given to people having experience of handling Health Information Systems in Public or Private Sector.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in preparation of legal documents (Laws, Contracts and other Legal documents) and Contract Management. Preference will be given to people practicing law.
  1. Following skills are required in addition to the qualification and experience:
  2. Ability to communicate orally and in writing, using terminology with technical writing skills.
  3. Extensive judgment and originality to understand and evaluate technical aspects.

iii. Comprehensive knowledge of personal computers and software packages, including specification knowledge of MS words, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access& Electronic document management.

  1. Ability to use relevant software based program.
